Throughout the camp, our campers explored leadership, growth mindset, conflict communication, IOI Values and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs) through interactive talks, discussions and hands-on activities.\u003C/p>\u003Cp>The highlight?\u003Cbr>On the final day, the campers put what they had learned into action. Working in groups, they presented real-world issues linked to the UNSDGs, shared their proposed solutions and how IOI’s core values could help address these issues.\u003Cbr>Their ideas were presented to 𝐌𝐫 𝐊𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐡, General Manager, Lahad Datu Region, and 𝐌𝐬 𝐃𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐢, Manager, Human Resource & Administration Plantation, Sabah. We were also honoured to have 𝐌𝐫 𝐒𝐮𝐝𝐡𝐚𝐤𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧, Plantation Director, join us and spend time with our young leaders.\u003Cbr>The learning continued beyond the classroom with an estate tour, where the campers visited the reserved forest and plantation areas, wastewater treatment plant and workers’ quarters, gaining a closer look at the estate and its operations.\u003C/p>\u003Cp>Three days of learning, new experiences and new perspectives.
