A Journey of Growth for IOI Youths — Building Future Leaders

28 passionate IOI youths came together for an unforgettable 3D2N experience at the 𝗜𝗢𝗜 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓, organised by IOI Foundation and facilitated by MicFront Public Speaking Bukit Jalil at Semenyih Eco Venture Resort & Recreation.
𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟏 kicked off with impactful sessions on 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 & 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗲𝘁, followed by interactive team challenges like 𝘗𝘢𝘱𝘦𝘳 𝘗𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘚𝘩𝘪𝘱 𝘊𝘰𝘳𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯, and an insightful exploration of the 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗦𝘁𝘆𝗹𝗲𝘀. The day ended with a heartwarming and reflective 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗳𝗶𝗿𝗲.
𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟐 began with energizing morning exercises, continued with workshops on 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, then adrenaline-fueled activities such as the Survival Obstacle Course and Speed Challenge. Campers also explored into the 𝗨𝗡 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗚𝗼𝗮𝗹𝘀 (𝗨𝗡𝗦𝗗𝗚) and crafted pitches in preparation for their final presentations. A thoughtful night reflection wrapped up the day.
𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟑 teams delivered their 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 to distinguished judges:

We were also honored to have Datin Joanne Wong Su Ching, Executive Director of IOI Foundation, who delivered an encouraging and inspiring address to our young leaders.
The camp ended with an exhilarating 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗱 𝗚𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘀, where leadership, teamwork, and strategic thinking were put to the ultimate test!
From discovering their voice to forging new friendships, every moment ignited growth, purpose, and confidence. We are incredibly proud of all IOI Youths for stepping up as future leaders.
