IOI Foundation was honored to stand as one of the sponsors for the IOI City Mall Chinese New Year Reunion Dinner 2026. This CSR initiative was more than just a celebration—it was a heartfelt embrace of community and togetherness.
We had the privilege of hosting residents and caretakers from Rumah Amal Murni Kajang, Rumah Orang Tua Seri Kembangan, and Persatuan Rumah Caring Kajang for a day filled with joy and new experiences.
The day kicked off with a visit to IOI City Farm, where the elderly guests enjoyed interacting with the vibrant flora and fauna. We then moved to Golden Screen Cinemas for a screening of Unexpected Family—a film that perfectly mirrored the warmth of the afternoon.
The evening culminated in the IOI Grand Hall for the official Reunion Dinner. Guests were treated to stunning Acrobatic Lion Dance performances and soulful Oriental Melodies & Gu Zheng music. Every resident and caretaker received Ang Pao packets, and the evening reached its peak as everyone gathered for the communal Prosperity Yee Sang tossing—a symbol of unity and good fortune.
A mock cheque presentation ceremony was also held to symbolize the collective support extended to these homes, presented to representatives of all three organizations.
We extend our deepest gratitude to IOI City Mall for the kind invitation to be part of this meaningful evening. It was a privilege to contribute to a night that so beautifully reflected the true spirit of reunion, generosity, and humanity.
